Refunds

We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, issues may arise. To ensure a smooth process for returns and exchanges, please read our policy below.
If you received a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. We will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.
Items eligible to be returned must be returned within 14 days. Please note purchased items returned after 14 days, unfortunately, won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our products being custom and personalized, all sales on these items are final and non-refundable.
In order for your purchased item(s), to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As well as in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will received a email notification acknowledging return received. You will also get a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days depending on your banking institution and original method of payment.

Wait for Approval: We will review your request and respond with approval and further instructions within 1-2 business days.
Return the Item: After receiving approval, securely pack the item(s) and ship them back to the address provided in our email response. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or ship out the replacement item accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Return Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that Toothfully Crafted is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
